Rental Guidelines
At Blue Line Equipment Rental, we keep things simple, fair, and straightforward. These rules are designed to protect both you and us while making sure every rental goes smoothly from start to finish.
Equipment Care & Responsibility
Please treat the equipment like you would treat your own equipment. Our machines are clean, well-maintained, and ready to work—we expect them to be returned the same way.
You are responsible for:
- Safe and proper operation of all equipment
- Any damage that occurs during your rental period
- Using equipment only for its intended purpose
Equipment Condition & Return
Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, aside from normal wear and tear.
Any excessive wear, damage, misuse, or neglect will result in additional charges for repair, cleaning, or replacement if necessary. All equipment must be returned clean, with mud, dirt, and debris removed prior to pickup or return.
Rental Period & Timeliness
- Rental time begins at pickup or delivery
- Equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon time
- Late returns may result in additional rental charges
If you need more time, just communicate with us—we’ll work with you if we can.
Fuel Policy
We handle the fuel so you don’t have to.
After equipment is returned or picked up, we will refuel it and bill you for the actual fuel used. Fuel charges will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before or at the start of the rental
- A valid card must be kept on file
- Any additional charges (fuel, damage, cleaning, extra time, etc.) will be billed to the card on file
Cleaning
Equipment should be returned in reasonably clean condition.
Excessive dirt, mud, concrete, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.
Damage, Loss, or Theft
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
Costs for repair or replacement will be charged as needed. Misuse or negligent operation may result in additional fees.
Operator Responsibility
The renter is responsible for ensuring that anyone operating the equipment is capable and understands how to use it safely.
We do not provide operators, and we are not responsible for operator error.
Pickup, Delivery & Availability
- Pickup and delivery must be scheduled in advance
- Delivery fees may apply depending on location
- Equipment is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed until confirmed
Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made in advance
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee
- No refunds for early returns or unused time
Liability
By renting from Blue Line Equipment Rental, you assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during use.
